  • WFL welcomes the challenge of leasing space in the buildings that we manage. Leasing is just one of our many skills.
  • WFL meets all licensing requirements for Brokerage Services and is licensed by the State of Connecticut and New York to perform these services.
  • Through our property management services, we have built significant relationships in the local real estate markets. This enables us to provide you with the most up to date market environment and conditions.
  • We concentrate on finding the perfect tenant. We do not promote leasing to those who we feel will not satisfy the owners profile requirements.
  • We will help you to achieve a realistic, cost-effective marketing budget designed for your property, which will produce the best results.
  • Our overall, long-term goal is to manage the property effectively and efficiently. In order to do so, we need to carefully monitor the leasing activity to guarantee a mutually successful venture for you as the owner and WFL as the Property Management Company.

Leasing Relationships

  • We have built strong relationships with all the large brokers in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. Such relationships include, but are not limited to, CB Commercial, Lasalle Real Estate, Colliers ABR, ES Gordon, McCarthy/ O'Callaghan and Cushman and Wakefield.  These relationships facilitate the successful completion of our new leasing assignments and provide us with greater flexibility in our leasing parameters.  WFL keeps updated records of market trends and conditions throughout Fairfield and Westchester Counties. We are confident that we know the different sub-markets and can provide strong leasing capabilities for your property.

  • WFL is not commission oriented, which ensures we will do our best to attain a tenant who will fit the mix of the building. As always, we strive to ensure the attainment of creditworthy tenants.
